Hotel close to Factory Outlets, walking distance. Room was clean and modern. The internet line was good. Breakfast ok, but better if hotel could add at least 1 choices of dessert.
Room small suitable for 2 persons in a room.

Friendly hotel staff and hotel is clean. Walking distance to morning market which you may grab many souviners with reasonable price.
Breakfast area is too small and the same food is served every morning. No shower cap, no hair dryer or even floor mat are provided in room. This is just a "sleep and go" hotel. Will recommend this hotel to friends if the room rate is slightly lower.

Staff can help, answer and service by good, although who can't speak or can say English in little.
There are very few menus to choose in breakfast. Moreover, it don't show a name or label food because some guest don't know "what is food and made from?" It's necessary with the guest who can't eat some meat.

The location of the hotel was good. Very near to Jl Riau which is around5 min walking distance and easy to get public transport to commute to other places i.e. Jl Dago, Pasar Baru.
The selection of food during breakfast so boring. I have stayed for 3 days and they served fried rice everyday. The hotel should provide different menu daily breakfast. There is no room service available which is quite convenience. Therefore, you need to buy your food 1st before go back to the hotel

Love the location. The room design is also nice and clean. A short walk to varieties of restaurants. Close by to outlets but far enough from the noisy street so you get a good sleep there. For shoppers and short stays I think it's a perfect budget place
I didnt like that the pool has no privacy from the outside. When you enter the hotel it's right in front of the entrance. Just an idea maybe they can add a buffer such as vines maybe?
